Dzi\u0119ki tej procedurze mo\u017cliwe jest z\u0142o\u017cenie zg\u0142oszenia patentowego, kt\u00f3re odnosi skutek w ponad 130 krajach na \u015bwiecie.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">The patent for invention makes available to protect a technological innovation. It has a duration of <strong>20 years<\/strong> from the application filing date. The patent gives its owner the right to forbid others to manufacture, commercialize, sell or import the patented matter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">An invention must be a solution of a technical problem, must be:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">new,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">it must involve inventive matter, that is must not appear evident for a skilled person from the state of the art,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">and must be adapted for being industrially applied.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">\u00a0The inventions can relate, for example, a device, a chemical compound, a working process and so on.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">European Patent Convention (EPC) allows, through a single procedure, to obtain a patent valid in all the Contracting States, or part of them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Another important international convention in patent matters is the Patent Cooperation Treaty, or Convention on the International Patent.
